Placing and manipulating actors
Goes through the basics of placing an manipulating actor ( Picture below of placing a simple cube in the work space
On the bottom I can load up different maps that are available to me. This part of the tutorial it also goes over the translate navigator and hotkeys ( W for Navigator, E for Rotation, and R for Scale )
There are different was to Navigate, Rotate, and Scale an actor. There is also an option in the right side where transform is and there I can do all 3 things. Also if I right click in the work space I can "Place Actor" as well.
Advanced manipulation techniques
Another hotkey that is shown in this tutorial video allows me to place an actor ( object ) on the main floor. The hotkey is "End" and it also lets me place an object over another without clipping ( intersecting) through it. ( It snaps in place ) Picture below.
On the work space there is a tool for snapping, rotating, and scaling. It allows to adjust by a specific value.
